For the guarantees included in the policy to be valid, the healthcare institution where your treatment will be performed must be accredited by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey and hold a health tourism authorization certificate.

Sağlık Turizmi Saç Ekimi Gezi Sigortası Hangi İşlemleri Kapsamaz?
The following situations are not covered by the policy:
- Personal dissatisfaction is not considered a complication.
- Saç ekimi planında; hastanın hekim tavsiyelerine uymaması (saçların erken birleştirilmesi ve taranması, saç yıkama prosedürüne uyulmaması, gerekli bakımın yapılmaması) ve buna bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan komplikasyonlar teminat kapsamı dışındadır.
- Revizyon transplantasyonda, orijinal prosedürdeki transplantasyon sayısını aşan greft sayısı teminat dışıdır.
- Genetic diseases, genetic studies, and treatments.
- Expenses at alternative medicine centers, all procedures at anti-aging centers, scientifically unproven treatments, experimental treatments and medical supplies; as well as drugs, treatments, and procedures classified as experimental by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
- Botox applications.
- Any intervention, procedure, or treatment performed outside an accredited facility.
